Project Hosts Partner Program

Partner with Project Hosts to offer your clients secure, reliable, secure, high performance hosted Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM), CRM, or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS).

We work with partners on a case-by-case basis to provide the right solution for each client. This flexibility allows you to choose which of our two engagement models best fits your customer’s needs.

Resell Our Hosting Services:
You may bundle our services with yours. We sign an agreement with your organization for our hosting services and bill your organization for our services at a discounted rate that depends on the total value of all of our joint active contracts. The greater the total monthly billings, the higher your discount rate for that month. You then bill your customer for our services as part of your overall invoice at any rate you choose.

Your organization must sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Project Hosts to offer this option. Each customer contract is added as an addendum to the MSA.

Refer Our Hosting Services:
We can contract directly with your customer for our hosting services. Your organization does not need to sign an MSA but your customer will sign a Project Hosts hosting services agreement.

When referring our services, you have two options:

• Receive your referral fee in the form of a periodic payment. We invoice your customer at our list price and then pay you a referral fee equal to your hosting discount for all fees we collect during the first year of the contract.
• Pass through your discount to your client. We invoice your customer at your discounted rate and you do not receive a referral fee.
