The Rocky Mountain Chapter of AFCEA is once again honored to invite you to our annual forum for industry, academia, and government to discuss and propose solutions to the challenges of cybersecurity, community cyber readiness and homeland defense facing our nation. Our theme this year is “Dominance Through Disruption: Emerging Tech and the Cyber Enterprise.”

TechNet Indo-Pacific is the largest strategic event of its kind in the Indo-Pacific Rim. USINDOPACOM works closely with partners to enable resilient, survivable and secure collaboration across the spectrum of contingencies. TechNet Indo-Pacific, now in its 41st year, features speakers and discussions, many qualifying for Continuing Education, on how industry, academia and government can address and solve regional challenges. Exhibitors demonstrate solutions and services to meet the military services’ requirements. TechNet Indo-Pacific is co-sponsored by AFCEA International and AFCEA Hawaii.

2026 GovRAMP Cyber Summit

Founded at the beginning of 2020, GovRAMP was born from the clear need for a standardized approach to the cybersecurity standards required from service providers offering solutions to state and local governments.

StateRAMP (dba GovRAMP) is a registered 501(c)(6) nonprofit membership organization comprised of service providers offering IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS solutions, third party assessment organizations, and government officials. Our members lead, manage, and work in various disciplines across the United States and are all committed to making the digital landscape a safer, more secure place.

For over 16 years, since the company’s founding in 2010, the senior most government officials and industry partners convene through Billington’s events to enhance the cybersecurity of the United States and our allied partners. International media have covered Billington’s events, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, Politico, CNN, NBC, C-SPAN, etc.

With assistance from the U.S. Army Cyber Center of Excellence and industry, this three-day conference is designed to open the lines of communication between the military and commercial sector and provide a space where government and industry professionals can discuss issues and share solutions surrounding cyber electromagnetic activities and unified land operations.

A flagship event, AFCEA’s TechNet Cyber serves as a center of gravity for a whole-of-government effort to bring together the policy, strategic architecture, operations and C2— along with the joint capabilities—needed to meet the global security challenges and successfully operate in a digital environment. Join us in Baltimore and be a part of the conversation led by U.S. Cyber Command, DISA, the DoD CIO, and numerous industry and academia partners to deliver solutions for this enduring, no-fail mission.
